Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience recruiting with further experience in GTM roles from medium to high scale hi-tech companies
- ✓Experience in global recruiting, including hiring for the US market
- ✓Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
- ✓Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - must
- ✓Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
