About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing & Revenue Operations team. This pivotal role will serve as the linchpin for our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary administrator for key marketing software tools, including Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), CRM, and other integrated platforms
- →Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance of all assigned marketing systems
- →Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various marketing systems and the broader GTM tech stack
- →Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all marketing system configurations and processes
- →Develop and deliver training programs for the marketing team on using marketing software tools
- →Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies
- →Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues and manage contracts
- →Ensure data quality and adherence to data governance policies
- →Provide first line of support for marketing team members encountering issues
- →Support marketing managers in setting up and launching campaigns
- →Ensure marketing systems are configured to capture necessary data for reporting
- →Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of hands-on administration and management experience with a leading Marketing Automation Platform in a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Proven experience with system integration concepts and best practices
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
