About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support Apptronik's diverse hiring needs across Corporate, Operations, and GTM functions. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various roles including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and People Ops.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies
- →Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and active outreach
- →Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, vetting candidates for functional expertise and cultural alignment
- →Flex into technical recruiting pipelines during peak periods to assist the engineering team
- →Manage candidate pipelines and act as the primary point of contact for applicants
- →Manage applicant tracking system data entry and compliance
- →Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting activity and market conditions
- →Assist with negotiating offers and coordinating pre-employment processes
Requirements
- ✓Proven success in hiring for diverse business functions in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong business acumen and ability to understand different department goals
- ✓Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with executive leadership
- ✓Strong interest and hands-on capability in sourcing and building talent pipelines
- ✓Versatile and adaptable; comfortable shifting focus between different functional areas
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficiency with applicant tracking systems

- ✓Education and Experience
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on GTM, Operations, or Corporate functions within a technology or hardware company
- ✓Experience managing recruitment processes in a high-growth or startup environment
- ✓Proven track record of closing senior-level individual contributor and leadership roles across non-technical business units
