We offer our New Graduate Program - tailored training that includes an allocated supervisor; we build in a program that helps you thrive in the most common areas of Speech Pathology. Weekly mentoring, reduced client hours, report writing support and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia We tailor your introduction to working at ORS with a reduced caseload for the first months A dedicated speech pathologist supervisor to help guide you through your first year and beyond Ongoing learning access internal professional development, interdisciplinary training, and Special Interest Groups led by highly passionate clinicians An open-door policy and collegial leadership - Ask away!
