About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our engineering team at Arch. This role involves building and maintaining systems and tooling that enable rapid engineering iteration and ensure production stability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
- →Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions with IaC, automation, and observability
- →Apply site reliability engineering best practices
- →Improve internal developer tooling to streamline workflows
- →Partner with engineering and finance teams on infrastructure practices
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering
- ✓Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications
- ✓Deep familiarity with CI/CD best practices
- ✓Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS, Linux, or TypeScript
- ✓MySQL DBA experience
- ✓Experience with observability tooling
- ✓FinOps knowledge is a plus
