About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape intuitive and impactful experiences for Arch users. This role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate user insights into thoughtful, data-driven designs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage directly with clients and users to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
- →Work closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery
- →Develop prototypes and wireframes to create shared understanding and gather early feedback
- →Leverage analytics tools to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions
- →Conduct usability testing, iterate on designs, and proactively seek insights to refine solutions
- →Define and shape solutions for the most impactful problems
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in Product design
- ✓Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis
- ✓Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools, with a focus on interaction design
- ✓Comfort with data and analytics tools to drive design decisions
- ✓Talent for visual detail in layout, typography, motion, and behavior
