<p>As the Senior Finance Analyst, Reporting, you will play a key role in elevating our global reporting foundation and strengthening how financial information is delivered, understood, and leveraged across the business. You will partner with Accounting and Regional FP&A teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and insightfulness of month‑end and weekly performance reporting.</p>
<p>In this role, you will support the evolution of our global reporting processes, improve utilization of financial systems, and help drive initiatives that enhance visibility into business performance. Through your work, you will enable better decision‑making across the organization and contribute to long‑term strategic planning initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Meet Your Future Team:<br></strong></p>
<p>The Corporate FP&A team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership, clarity and steering to the greater Finance and FP&A team, as well as the overall organization on key financial planning and forecasting activities. The team also leads the monthly and quarterly global reporting on business performance, both internally and externally. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team advises on key areas of performance improvement and strategic direction for the company.</p>

If you were the SFA, Corporate FP&A, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
• Month End Reporting: Enhancing, preparing, and delivering global month end and quarterly reporting packages with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
• Weekly Sales Reporting: Leading the weekly global sales reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of clear and actionable insights for leadership.
• Reporting Tools & Data Consistency: Strengthening how we use our financial tools and data sources across regions, ensuring reporting is consistent, reliable, and easy to understand.
• Regional Partnership & Standardization: Collaborating with Accounting and Regional FP&A teams to streamline reporting processes, standardize outputs, and strengthen insights across markets.
• Financial Modelling & Adhoc Analysis: Building and improving financial models to support cross functional initiatives, business cases, and special projects.
• Process & Systems Optimization: Driving enhancements to reporting systems, data workflows, and global processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
• Long‑Term Planning Support: Partnering with the FP&A team on long‑term strategic planning, contributing analysis, assumptions, and model development to inform multi‑year scenarios.
Are you our next SFA, Corporate FP&A?
• You have 4+ years proven experience in Finance and/or Financial Planning & Analysis role
• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent and ideally have your CPA, CMA, CA, CFA, or MBA
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You have advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with OneStream is an asset
• You are highly proficient in accounting systems and business intelligence (BI) tools
• You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
• You are comfortable building financial models and partnering with teams to translate insights into clear recommendations
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate with individuals across departments, organizations, and countries
• You can coordinate and lead projects to completion
• You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
• You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
• You can balance autonomy and collaboration
• You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD$94,000 –CAD$124,000
