About the Role
We are looking for an AI Chatbot Developer to join a Digital Health Services program. This role focuses on designing and developing a Virtual Assistant chatbot integrated into an online self-service platform for a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplementing functional and technical requirements based on Epics, User Stories, and other Agile artifacts
- βWorking according to the Scrum methodology, in close collaboration with business representatives, solution architects, and analysts/testers
- βCommunicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure priorities and expectations are clearly understood
- βProposing technical improvements and defending them with the solution architect
- βSupporting analysts and testers during functional testing
- βAnalysing integrations with external systems and third-party solutions
- βTranslating functional analyses into technical designs
- βCollaborating with the solution architect on application installation and operational follow-up
- βProducing clear and concise technical documentation without unnecessary complexity
