About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational execution at Arista’s Global Direct Fulfillment sites. This role involves collaborating with product development teams and ensuring efficient processes for new product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive operational execution at Arista’s Global Direct Fulfillment (DF) sites
- →Collaborate with new product introduction teams on the release of new products
- →Drive new product readiness at each DF site, establishing required processes, equipment, and capacity
- →Implement Engineering Change Orders with product engineering
- →Support Process Engineers in implementing scalable and flexible processes
- →Drive efficient RMA return processes with CMs and component suppliers
- →Monitor and report product quality at DF for assigned products
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate quality alerts
- →Review product test data to obtain skip-test approval and update DF Test Requirement documentation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in operational execution and process improvement
