About the Role
Artera is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale implementations across enterprise customers. This role involves managing the full onboarding lifecycle and coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful, multi-site rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the customer implementation workstream from end to end, including successful build out, launch, and ongoing maintenance of customer-wide implementations and reporting functions
- →Work directly with external teams and Artera’s team to develop innovative patient communication solutions that directly impact members and patient outcomes
- →Be a subject matter expert on the Artera platform
- →Partner with Artera’s Product and technical teams to ensure that Artera delivers a world-class client experience
Requirements
- ✓BA or BS from an accredited 4-year university (or equivalent work experience)
- ✓6+ years experience in project/program management, preferably in Healthcare SaaS operations
- ✓6+ years experience with healthcare data, such as claims, electronic health records and/or patient-reported data
- ✓Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
