About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our sales pipeline at Articulate Global, LLC. As a BDR, you will generate new sales opportunities through thoughtful outbound and targeted account development, using warm and cold outreach techniques to prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- →Personalize messaging based on industry, persona, and company-specific triggers
- →Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute plans to maximize territory penetration and pipeline development
- →Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives
- →Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results and trends
- →Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing
- →Work cooperatively with other Articulate teams for smooth prospect handoffs
- →Partner with Marketing to align with ABM plays, campaigns, and events
- →Cultivate a strong understanding of Articulate products and industry trends
- →Be responsive to prospects during standard business hours
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role
- ✓Strong understanding of lead and sales development best practices
- ✓Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold outreach
- ✓Track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline generation goals
- ✓Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Solid computer skills, including in-depth experience with Salesforce.com
- ✓Understanding of sales performance metrics
- ✓Driven demeanor with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- ✓Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work solo and as a team member
- ✓BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
