About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Infrastructure Lead to join Asana's Infrastructure team. This role involves setting technical strategy, designing large systems for enterprise customers, and leading cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Set long-term technical strategy for the Infrastructure Group
→Design, scope, and implement large systems for enterprise customer needs
→Work closely with teams across Asana to ship leveraged features
→Coordinate and execute high-level initiatives such as FedRAMP
→Plan and execute large projects requiring multiple engineering teams
→Gain experience as a cross-functional engineering leader

Requirements

✓6+ years working in large codebases
✓Experience leading complex projects with engineering leaders
✓Ability to onboard quickly onto various systems and support cross-functional work
✓Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
✓Ability to support large-scale enterprise systems at scale
✓Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring tools like Datadog
✓Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
