About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Deployment Consultant to join Asana's Professional Services team. This role involves leading deployments of Asana to enterprise customers, helping them adopt Asana as both a technology product and a holistic approach to collaboration across their organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deeply understand Asana the product as well as each customer’s business to serve as both a product expert and trusted advisor
- →Execute customer engagements based upon their processes, needs, and jointly set goals
- →Facilitate the change management process and associated engagement activities
- →Analyze professional services offerings and engagements to drive continuous enhancement
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- →Serve as a valued voice of the customer by communicating trends and insights
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years experience in customer-facing consulting roles
- ✓Complex project experience in enterprise settings
- ✓Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping customers see the value of Asana
- ✓Relationship-building skills with the ability to build credibility and trust
- ✓Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset and high business acumen
- ✓Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
