About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and grow our largest and most strategic federal government customers. This critical role will guide customers to deploy Asana successfully and ensure they continuously gain business value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and nurture relationships across a portfolio of strategic federal government customers
→Directly support the creation and evolution of the Asana Gov strategy
→Partner with customers to identify strategic goals and co-create impact plans
→Execute all phases of the customer journey, ensuring value through deployment strategies and change management
→Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic account plans and manage renewals
→Develop and maintain an internal Champion Network or Center of Excellence within customer organizations
→Analyze customer usage to identify trends and drive targeted campaigns
→Serve as the voice of customers by surfacing key trends and insights back to R&D and business teams
→Travel to Washington, D.C. and meet customers on-site as needed

Requirements

✓Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management role
✓Deep background working with federal customers, with understanding of government agency needs
✓Direct experience with FedRAMP and navigating compliance requirements
✓Prior experience managing high-value customer relationships in complex environments
✓Ability to work with C-Suite, administrators, and functional leaders
✓Customer-centric approach with strong advocacy skills
✓Self-motivated, proactive team player who works effectively in ambiguous environments
✓Driven and process-oriented with ability to balance competing priorities
✓Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
