About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, cross-functional senior implementation manager to lead Asana's largest and most critical deployments to enterprise customers. This role is part of the Professional Services team within the Customer Experience organization, focused on helping customers adopt Asana as both a technology product and a holistic approach to collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deeply understand Asana the product as well as each customer’s business to serve as both a product expert and trusted advisor
- →Develop creative, tailored engagement scopes for customers based on their complex processes and needs
- →Act as a senior program leader on critical deployments, coordinating workstreams and managing dependencies
- →Facilitate change management processes including customer training, executive reviews, and progress meetings
- →Analyze professional services offerings to drive continuous enhancement of our program
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience from pre-sales through transition
- →Serve as a voice of the customer by communicating trends and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in customer-facing consulting roles
- ✓Complex project experience in enterprise environments
