About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Center of Excellence at Asana. This strategic role involves serving as a technical partner in complex enterprise sales cycles and empowering global teams through deep technical expertise in Asana’s API, AI, and platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design innovative solutions that transform customer workflows
→Own the design and execution of technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs)
→Create technical guides, reusable demo assets, and training programs for the Solutions organization
→Capture insights from global enterprise engagements to influence Asana’s API and AI roadmap
→Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams illustrating Asana’s integration into customer tech stacks
→Identify repeatable technical patterns and create global assets for self-service
→Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape the platform strategy and roadmap

Requirements

✓6–10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
✓Extensive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
✓Proficient in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js) and designing custom integrations
✓Ability to articulate complex initiatives across cross-functional teams
✓Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
✓Comfortable presenting to C-level executives
✓Skilled at working across regions to standardize best practices
✓Passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI/LLMs
✓Ability to align marketing, business, and product teams
✓Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
✓Deep knowledge of software and SaaS buying behaviors
✓Understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems
