About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ashby. This role focuses on helping customers effectively use our software to drive hiring excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard, train, and support customers in adopting Ashby
- →Manage a book of 60+ mid-market customers
- →Develop relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- →Create tailored training and product walkthroughs to address customer challenges
- →Drive adoption and retention through effective customer management
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS
- ✓Experience managing complex technology implementations
- ✓Ability to manage a book of 60+ mid-market customers
- ✓Strong communication and listening skills
- ✓Experience working with technically complex products
- ✓Recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer experience preferred
