About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Aspen Snowmass plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and aims to match candidates with their career paths within the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- →Screen candidates for high volume positions via phone and review job seeker information within Smart Recruiters (ATS)
- →Cross-check different technology platforms including Kronos to ensure employee status
- →Provide a primary point of contact for candidates interested in jobs at the company and advise them on career goals
- →Utilize ATS to maintain candidate records and data, including reporting to ensure recruiting progress
- →Ensure regular communication with hiring/department managers on recruitment progress
- →Troubleshoot and solve issues related to service level agreements
- →Direct hire candidates into the company per assigned departments
- →Schedule onboarding for candidates
- →Assist with training hiring managers on ATS use and develop ways to hold them accountable to SOPs
- →Assist with creative sourcing of candidates through various channels
- →Assist with coordination of job fairs, programs, projects, community events, and the TA calendar of events
- →Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Detail-oriented, computer savvy, and able to work well in both team and autonomous environments
- ✓Experience with recruitment technology platforms like Smart Recruiters and Kronos
- ✓Strong communication and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to manage high volume recruitment processes
- ✓Experience with ATS systems and reporting
- ✓Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
