About the Role
Aspire is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences for influencer marketing software. This role involves shaping the design culture and working closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end design process for complex product features and experiences
- →Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
- →Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- →Establish and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
- →Advocate for user-centered design decisions backed by research and data

Requirements
- ✓8+ years UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of complex digital products
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- ✓Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals
- ✓Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings
- ✓Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Experience collaborating in agile development environments
- ✓Solid understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints
