Key Responsibilities
- →Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with required laws
- →Process files within 24 hours of receiving them
- →Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- →Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and implement necessary modifications
- →Attend required TDHCA and HCCP trainings
- →Participate in tax credit reviews by outside entities
- →Travel approximately 50% of work time for property visits, conferences, and training
Requirements
- ✓Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
- ✓Proficiency with RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software
- ✓Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification preferred
- ✓Knowledge of HUD programs is a plus
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
