About the Role
The Marketing Analyst will provide strategic marketing support and insight to the marketing team at Asset Living, a third-party management firm with a nationwide portfolio. This role involves collaborating with marketing leadership to establish and execute effective marketing KPI measurement and use of marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with marketing leadership reporting on KPIs of successful property marketing efforts
- →Support Marketing Technology onboarding and post-launch performance
- →Generate ongoing marketing performance data for collaboration with marketing leadership
- →Support implementation schedules for new property takeovers
- →Participate in scheduled calls to review marketing performance
- →Provide leasing and marketing training to onsite teams
- →Recommend training plans for properties not meeting CRM Engagement goals
- →Present recommendations and strategies to operations and marketing
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- ✓Proven experience in marketing support or similar role in multifamily property management
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms
- ✓Proven organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively
