About the Role
Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager Specialist to provide short-term operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions or other needs. This floating leadership role requires rapid deployment and adaptability to various housing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee daily operations of assigned communities
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- →Lead emergency response processes for communities
- →Provide short-term supervision and coaching to on-site staff
- →Support financial management including rent collection and reporting
- →Monitor service request turnaround times
- →Rapidly assess operational gaps and priorities
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✓Two to four years of property management experience preferred
- ✓CAM or ARM certification preferred
- ✓Ability to learn and execute all on-site software functions
- ✓Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements
- ✓Reliable transportation required for frequent travel
