About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and lead the digital presence for an established podiatry practice with over 30 years of surgical experience. This role will focus on developing a comprehensive social media strategy to attract a younger patient demographic while reinforcing the practice’s authority and clinical credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement a structured social media strategy aligned with practice growth objectives
- →Lead video-based content creation, including directing filming within the practice
- →Edit and prepare video content for distribution across platforms
- →Manage publishing schedules and oversee day-to-day platform management
- →Establish clear content themes including patient experience, educational insights into treatments, practical health discussions, and professional product evaluations
- →Support local patient acquisition and broader second-opinion visibility
Requirements
- ✓Confidence and professionalism when collaborating with a physician-led leadership team
- ✓Ability to independently manage projects and provide informed recommendations
- ✓Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
- ✓Understanding of how to communicate medical information clearly and responsibly
