About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to own our content engine. You will take raw ideas from our consulting work and turn them into a consistent online presence, acting as a project manager for our digital brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the production lifecycle for social posts, emails, and newsletters.
- →Create high-quality graphics and perform basic video editing for short-form content.
- →Identify and manage specialized creative talent on Upwork to supplement your output.
- →Draft engaging captions, hooks, and newsletter copy that aligns with the founders’ voices.
- →Manage posting schedules across platforms and ensure all assets are organized.
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of managing social media for B2B consulting, personal brands, or agencies.
- ✓Expert-level Canva skills and proficiency in CapCut/Adobe Premiere.
- ✓Comfortable with Notion for content calendars.
- ✓Ability to analyze metrics and suggest pivots in content strategy.
- ✓Strong English copywriting skills with a "hook-driven" mindset.
