About the Role
We are looking for our first dedicated Data Engineer at Assort Health to build the data foundation of our organization and our AI agents. This role involves owning everything from pipelines to dashboards to ad-hoc analysis, directly supporting Product, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and CS teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own all analytics pipelines, data pond, and data schemas
- →Develop customer health monitoring, alerting, and predictive analytics
- →Create outcome labeling and eval datasets for our AI agents
- →Build client-facing dashboards and QBR reporting
- →Set up experiments, new metrics, and go/no-go decisions
- →Develop ETL pipelines from 3rd party databases
- →Ensure data quality, completeness, and uptime
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or analytics-heavy roles
- ✓Strong SQL and Python skills with production-quality code
- ✓ETL experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- ✓Track record of shipping data products: dashboards, alerting, reporting systems
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast at a startup
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision-making skills
- ✓Experience deploying internal AI Agents
