About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PMO to join Assystem's Southern Operational Directorate. This role involves supporting project management operations on large-scale projects with high technical and regulatory complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- βConsolidate the global project reporting (planning, costs, risks, physical progress)
- βStructure and ensure the reliability of data from various teams and stakeholders
- βPrepare reporting materials for the Project Direction and steering committees
- βEnsure consistency between planning, budget, and actual progress
- βIdentify gaps and proactively alert on potential deviations
- βUpdate and maintain the risk register
- βFacilitate risk collection from teams
- βLead the mitigation action plan
- βMonitor risk exposure indicators
- βContribute to developing an anticipation culture within the project
