About the Role
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies and programs for the West Region. This role focuses on operational HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and timely execution of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage effective onboarding and induction for all new joiners
- →Track learning needs and deploy suitable programs to build capabilities
- →Provide HR Business Partnership for Performance Management, Internal Mobility, D&I, Talent Management, Engagement and Exit management
- →Develop Employee engagement agenda and execute wellness activities
- →Handle HR compliance matters including disciplinary issues
- →Manage administrative issues and facilities for employees
- →Responsible for Mobilization and De-mobilization of resources for projects
- →Prepare various HR reports on hiring, attrition, training, and employee engagement
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR Business Partner role
- ✓Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
- ✓Ability to manage employee lifecycle activities
- ✓Experience with performance management systems
- ✓Knowledge of HR compliance requirements
