About the Role
The PMO Director is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure strategic alignment, governance excellence, and successful delivery of complex organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and implement the PMO vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- →Provide executive oversight of portfolio governance and programme controls
- →Establish and oversee enterprise governance frameworks and stage-gate processes
- →Oversee portfolio financial management and benefits tracking
- →Lead the operational PMO function including planning, reporting, and resource management
- →Build organizational capability in project and programme delivery
- →Oversee digital strategy for the PMO including tooling and data analytics
- →Provide inspirational leadership to senior direct reports
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading enterprise PMO functions
- ✓Strong understanding of portfolio management and governance frameworks
- ✓Experience with digital enablement and modern delivery approaches
- ✓Executive-level communication and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to provide strategic advice to senior leadership
- ✓Track record of driving continuous improvement in delivery practices
- ✓Experience managing direct reports in a PMO structure
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
