About the Role
We are looking for a confirmed PMO professional to join our team at Assystem Project Management. This role focuses on supporting the Project Management Office for a client in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and control project planning, physical progress, and resource allocation plans
- →Monitor and control project costs (commitments, expenses, budget modifications, transfers, provisions), and propose corrective actions in case of overruns
- →Implement and update KPIs/indicators and project dashboard (for project and business functions)
- →Analyze and manage project risks and opportunities: identification, analysis, weighting, implementation of preventive actions
- →Coordinate various project stakeholders and assist the program manager in decision-making
- →Facilitate communication within the project and integration of changes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Project Management Office (PMO) functions
- ✓Strong skills in planning, cost control, and risk management
- ✓Ability to coordinate stakeholders and support decision-making
- ✓Proficiency with project management tools (Planisware, Primavera)
