Rejoignez les équipes de Caroline, Head of Talent Acquisition, et travaillez en véritable business partner sur le recrutement de votre périmètre.
Vos principales missions :
• Définir les besoins avec les managers opérationnels;
• Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de sourcing de candidats;
• Piloter l’intégralité du process recrutement depuis l’identification des CV jusqu’à l’intégration des collaborateurs;
• Assurer le suivi de vos candidats (compte rendus d'entretiens, débriefing avec les opérationnels, retour candidats, etc.);
• Entretenir un vivier de candidat en cohérence avec les besoins pressentis;
• Contribuer à la fidélisation du collaborateur en veillant à son intégration;
• Développer la marque employeur (actions écoles, animation de votre réseau Linkedin, création d’évènements recrutement, etc.);
• Assurer un reporting quotidien sur l'ATS;
• Identifier les potentiels et les talents de demain;
• Être proactif/ve et proposer des solutions innovantes.Vous rejoignez une équipe professionnelle, ouverte d'esprit et dynamique qui saura vous faire monter en compétences.
Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en France.
