About the Role
Astera Labs is seeking a Product Applications Engineer to support the design-in of its connectivity products by leading cloud service providers and server/network OEMs. This role involves providing technical guidance to customers, generating product collateral, and driving innovation through insightful feedback to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical guidance to customers to overcome design challenges
- →Generate collateral for existing and new products

- →Investigate and duplicate issues reported by customers
- →Drive critical issues to resolution
- →Support key customers directly and address challenges in the lab
Requirements
- ✓Advanced academic and technical background in electrical engineering, with a Master’s degree preferred
- ✓Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with cloud service providers or server/network OEM customers
- ✓Extensive experience with silicon/system bring-up, debug, and issue resolution
- ✓Deep technical expertise in post-silicon debugging of Analog/Mixed Signal IC and SERDES IP
- ✓Deep technical expertise in analog filtering and digital signal processing techniques
- ✓Deep technical expertise in high-speed interfaces, including recent experience with PCIe Gen5/6/7
- ✓Proficient in technical writing
