About the Role
Atropos Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their commercial sales team. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and research prospective customers within target markets
- →Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads for Atropos Health’s solutions
- →Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and sales leadership
- →Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- →Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- ✓2+ years of experience in an SDR role in Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or Health System accounts
- ✓Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools
- ✓Passionate about healthcare and technology
- ✓Ability to work in a virtual environment
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively across teams
