About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Onsite Customer Growth team. This hybrid role is based in our New York office and focuses on developing features that help customers drive growth directly on their websites through performant, scalable, and accessible web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and development of user interfaces for onsite growth experiences
- →Build reusable, scalable frontend components and systems using modern frameworks
- →Partner with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- →Drive architectural discussions and make technical decisions for code quality
- →Mentor and support engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- →Identify opportunities for UI performance optimization and developer efficiency
- →Contribute to frontend best practices and shared component libraries
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- ✓Expert in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend build tools
- ✓Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility
- ✓Experience integrating with backend APIs and working in micro-frontend environments
- ✓Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows
- ✓A track record of technical leadership and mentoring peers
- ✓Curiosity, ownership, and passion for delivering high-quality software
