Key Responsibilities
- →Own acquisition across a portfolio of core channels, including SEM and paid social
- →Manage scaled channels and develop new ones
- →Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Data partners to scale channels
- →Evaluate channel performance and own weekly reporting and analysis
- →Define new channel testing strategies and lead testing, analysis, and scaling
- →Manage media buyer agencies and contractors
- →Lead cross-functional projects to create product experiences for our audience
- →Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of growth marketing experience at top digital advertising agencies or in-house teams
- ✓Experience leading program strategy across digital channels, including paid search
- ✓Experience with Google and Bing Ads, with a track record of improving campaigns
- ✓Experience with creatively-driven paid channels like Meta and YouTube
- ✓Strong quantitative analytical skills and experience with data analytics platforms
- ✓Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments
