About the Role
Atticus is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to define and build the platforms and tooling that enable engineers to ship fast without breaking things. You'll be the second infrastructure engineer, working with the team to shape Atticus's technical foundations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape our infrastructure roadmap and develop a clear vision for where our infrastructure needs to go
- →Build security and operational foundations for sustainable growth
- →Improve reliability by reducing MTTR and establishing SLOs
- →Empower product teams by building platforms and tools that let them own their systems end-to-end
- →Contribute to infrastructure strategy while also writing code and shipping directly
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles with breadth across infra disciplines
- ✓Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- ✓Strong software engineering fundamentals with a builder's mindset
- ✓Technical breadth across networking, security, observability, CI/CD, database operations, and containerization
- ✓Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems
