About the Role
We are looking for an ASIC Test Engineer to join our team at Aumovio. This role focuses on defining and implementing the top-level test concept for ASICs based on analog and digital test concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the development of test concepts for ASIC module functions based on module and system level requirements
- →Develop ATE test concepts and ATE test programs
- →Maintain and adapt the development ATE test program
- →Collaborate with worldwide digital and analog design, layout, verification, test and application teams
- →Document test concepts, functionality and procedures
- →Validate and verify implemented test functionality and concepts
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ATE test concepts and ATE test programs
- ✓Knowledge of ASIC testing
- ✓Understanding of digital and analog test concepts
