About the Role

We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to help create and execute strategies that promote our company as an attractive employer. This role involves planning, content creation, and campaign management across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Participate in the creation of a monthly plan for employer branding activities, including social media postings, blog content, and events
→Design visuals for social media posts and campaign posters
→Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns across social media and other channels
→Monitor social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to track engagement and identify high-performing ideas
→Create content for the company website and relevant portals
→Help organize events such as meet-ups, visits, and online/offline activities
→Assist in planning, writing, and managing the monthly e-newsletter
→Cooperate with faculties and high schools

Requirements
