IT Consultant for Business Managed Applications infrastructure (TM) at Aumovio

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Consultant for Business Managed Applications infrastructure to support our global servers provisioning process. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of virtual server infrastructure assets and providing technical consultancy to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Conduct technical consultancy sessions with global internal customers before provisioning IT infrastructure resources
• →Support requestors across various internal requests platforms
• →Manage the lifecycle of virtual server infrastructure assets across our global environment
• →Ensure accuracy of servers owners and applications hosted
• →Monitor OS compliance and track vulnerability mitigation implementation
• →Maintain CMDBs data quality
• →Conduct mass communication with servers owners
• →Actively contribute to projects related to managed servers
• →Provide IT Infrastructure technical consultancy to worldwide managed server requestors
• →Maintain and continuously improve CMDBs data accuracy for virtual server assets globally
• →Ensure proper assignment of server owners and responsible contacts
• →Monitor server machine usage, lifecycle status, OS versions, patch compliance and unused infrastructure resources
• →Manage and track migrations of obsolete operating systems
• →Integrate and analyze data from Excel, CSV, SharePoint, databases and Power BI
• →Generate automated and personalized bulk communications to application owners
• →Design, implement, maintain dashboards and reports on CMDBs health, lifecycle compliance, migration status
• →Support global infrastructure projects, including server migrations and OS upgrades
• →Present technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
