About the Role
We are seeking a Quoting Process Manager to oversee the financial aspects of new business opportunities and project lifecycle management. This role involves leading financial analysis, cost management, and profitability monitoring across various phases of product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in Quote Kick-Off Meetings and review documentation completeness
- →Provide financial oversight during the quoting phase by evaluating cost drivers
- →Lead PCIS calculations and secure management approvals
- →Perform business case analyses using PCIS tools
- →Manage program controlling activities throughout the development phase
- →Track project profitability and recommend improvement actions
- →Perform regular updates on RoS bridges and PCIS
- →Analyze and monitor profitability for projects in series production
- →Evaluate design changes and manage cost reduction programs
- →Support development of cost inputs for Strategic Plan and Budget
- →Create Capital requests for production projects
- →Handle special assignments for the Finance team in USA, Mexico & Frankfurt
Requirements
- ✓Strong financial analysis and cost management expertise
- ✓Experience with PCIS tools and business case modeling
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional teams and consolidate inputs
- ✓Proficiency in project profitability analysis and cost structure reviews
- ✓Knowledge of make vs. buy analysis and CRP initiatives
- ✓Experience with Strategic Planning and Budgeting processes
- ✓Understanding of Capital request processes for production projects
- ✓Ability to work across multiple locations (USA, Mexico, Frankfurt)
