Nous recherchons un Designer UI/UX en alternance pour rejoindre nos équipes et participer à la conception de solutions de mobilité innovantes ainsi qu’à la création d’expériences utilisateurs des véhicules de demain.
En collaboration étroite avec les équipes design, ingénierie et innovation, vous participerez activement à toutes les phases du processus de conception : recherche, idéation, prototypage et validation.
Missions:
• Mener des recherches utilisateurs (entretiens, tests utilisateurs, observation terrain).
• Observer et analyser les usages afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’innovation produit.
• Formaliser les insights via des personas, user journeys, scénarios d’usage et cartes d’expérience.
• Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs et des interactions (wireframes, prototypes, flows) en lien avec les objectifs produit et business.
• Concevoir et développer des concepts intégrant design, ergonomie et faisabilité technique.
• Tester et itérer les solutions via des tests d’utilisabilité et prototypes interactifs.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour assurer la cohérence entre le design et les contraintes de production.
• Participer aux présentations et revues de projets auprès des équipes internes ou des partenaires.
