→Serve as the lead and owner for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, providing IT General Control (ITGC) documentation and coordinating IT Automated Control (ITAC) walkthroughs with auditors.
→Oversee the day-to-day management of NetSuite, including user roles, system configurations, and integrations with Workday and Coupa.
→Lead the design and technical development of custom solutions in NetSuite to optimize commercial operations, billing, and revenue.
→Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and system improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
→Partner with stakeholders across accounting, finance, procurement, and supply chain to define evolving system requirements.

✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
✓10+ years of experience building and supporting finance systems in a global organization, particularly with NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday Expense.
✓7+ years of experience in SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and JavaScript.
✓Strong understanding of business processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Design-to-Build and Warehouse Management.
✓Proven ability to deliver complex customized solutions within the NetSuite Platform.
✓Experience working for a public company with strong knowledge of IT controls required for SOX compliance.
✓NetSuite Certified Administrator.
