About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Financial System to join Aurora, a company delivering self-driving technology. This strategic role will partner with Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead administration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite and other financial systems
→Serve as the lead for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, providing IT General Control (ITGC) documentation
→Oversee day-to-day management of NetSuite, including user roles, permissions, and system configurations
→Lead design and technical development of custom solutions in NetSuite
→Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced reporting, and system improvements
→Partner with stakeholders to define evolving system requirements

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
✓10+ years of experience building and supporting finance systems in a global organization
✓7+ years of experience in SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and JavaScript
✓Strong understanding of business processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Design-to-Build
✓Proven ability to deliver complex customized solutions within the NetSuite Platform
✓Experience working for a public company with strong knowledge of IT controls for SOX compliance
