About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Aurora, a company delivering self-driving technology. This role will drive the design and delivery of mission-critical technology across Aurora and customer terminals, partnering with cross-functional teams to expand the network footprint of Aurora’s autonomous trucks.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop a deep understanding of integrating self-driving technology into trucking fleet operations
→Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver value to customers
→Synthesize product usage data and user feedback into actionable requirements
→Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business development to translate requirements into software solutions
→Manage cross-functional stakeholders while navigating prioritization and timeline tradeoffs
→Stay updated on trends in self-driving technology, fleet management, and logistics

Requirements

✓5+ years in software product management with a track record of launching successful products
✓Solid technical aptitude and understanding of software development lifecycle
✓Ability to work in ambiguity, define the unknown, and manage change
✓Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
✓Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data to bring product requirements to life
✓Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
✓Passion for self-driving technology and its potential to revolutionize transportation
