About the Role
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Client Service team, bringing expertise in medical communications and strategic account leadership. This is a highly commercial role where you will take ownership of key accounts, building strong client relationships and driving strategic value. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional work that meets budget, timelines, and client expectations, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain trusted client partnerships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- →Provide strategic and commercial insight to add value across accounts and deliverables
- →Lead and motivate account teams, fostering collaboration and excellence
- →Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements
- ✓Strong client services experience achieved within a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency
- ✓Experience working on promotional medical communications deliverables is essential
- ✓Skilled in client relationship management and strategic planning
- ✓A natural leader who inspires teams and creates a positive, inclusive environment
- ✓Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- ✓Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
