Position: Oracle APEX Developer Location: Karachi

Overview: Avanza Solutions is looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports, with a strong understanding of database-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX. Create and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and triggers. Develop Oracle Forms and Reports as per business requirements. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Optimize queries and improve overall application performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems and applications. Ensure adherence to best coding practices and development standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports. Strong understanding of database design and development. Experience in performance tuning and query optimization. Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have: Experience in banking or fintech applications. Exposure to Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
