Strong communication skills and prior international exposure will be a significant advantage.
#Open_Positions:
#RAN_Engineer #Experience: 6–7 years #Compensation: ₹9–10 LPA
Key_Skills & Responsibilities: *Hands-on experience in RAN configuration management across GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G. *Proficiency with tools like Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct, Huawei iManager. In-depth knowledge of RAN protocols, 3GPP standards, and network topologies. *Perform parameter updates (e.g., carrier aggregation, handovers, power settings) for optimization. *Troubleshoot configuration issues and execute network changes with minimal disruption. *Provide onsite troubleshooting support when required.
#Microwave (MW) Engineer – Multiple Levels MW (4–5 years) | ₹7–8 LPA MW (2–3 years) | Compensation based on experience₹5 LPA
Key Skills & Responsibilities: *Install, upgrade, and deploy patches or custom solutions onsite or remotely. *Implement, test, train, and deploy software solutions. *Write and deploy scripts on production/test platforms. *Install & configure Linux (RHEL), Oracle DB, MySQL, and manage clustering software.
Mentor junior engineers and support system integration activities.
🔹#Integration_Engineer Experience: 5 years Compensation: ₹8–9 LPA
Key Skills & Responsibilities: *End-to-end integration, testing, and deployment of software/system solutions. *Install and configure third-party software (Linux, Oracle DB, MySQL). *Guide and mentor junior engineers on integration processes.
