About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join AvePoint, a global leader in data security, governance, and resilience. This role will focus on building and managing strategic partnerships with top Google Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators to drive growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and prioritize partner relationships to drive increased sourced pipeline and bookings
- →Ensure effective co-selling motions with direct sales force and partner ecosystem
- →Establish yourself as the point person for account management inquiries and performance concerns
- →Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account team and key internal partners
- →Model exceptional partner account management that delivers sales and service excellence
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of proven track record in building alliance partner programs within enterprise software markets
- ✓Successful track record of exceeding business development and booking goals
- ✓Experience in managing end-to-end partner enablement plans
- ✓Experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales & services team
- ✓Ability to develop quantifiable business cases with partners
- ✓Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and owners within partner community
- ✓Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives
- ✓Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
