About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support both customer-facing and internal business processes. This role involves end-to-end Salesforce solutioning and hands-on development across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- →Build scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- →Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- →Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- →Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- →Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- →Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps platforms.
- →Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- →Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- ✓More than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- ✓Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- ✓Experience delivering solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- ✓Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform limits.
- ✓Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- ✓Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- ✓Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
