About the Role
We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to ensure software quality through manual, automated, and performance testing. This role works closely with various teams to validate system functionality, performance, and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements
- →Review requirements and design documents for clarity and testability
- →Maintain and execute test strategies, plans, and cases
- →Perform manual testing and execute system, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- →Maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and environments
- →Execute performance and integration testing, analyze results, and manage defects
- →Prepare concise test reports covering results, defect status, and metrics
- →Communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders
- →Provide on-site support during UAT, go-live, and post-deployment
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in testing and support
- ✓Practical experience with automation tools like Robot Framework and Playwright
- ✓Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
- ✓Strong SQL skills for test data setup and validation
- ✓Experience in API testing
- ✓Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- ✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ✓Experience collaborating with stakeholders
- ✓Experience in customer support, UAT, or production support
