About the Role
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Vestcom's In-Store Digital Media and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) product lines. This high-visibility role is at the center of Vestcom's transformation from paper-based solutions to digital retail media, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on discovery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product vision and roadmap for In-Store Digital Media and ESL product lines, with accountability for business outcomes
- →Define and track success metrics that connect product initiatives to business results
- →Conduct ongoing customer research, including weekly conversations with retailers and brands
- →Lead, mentor, and develop product managers, focusing on discovery capabilities
- →Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that create value for retailers and brands
- →Identify market adjacencies that expand the addressable market
- →Build evidence-based business cases for new initiatives
- →Foster a team culture focused on learning and outcomes
- →Work with sales, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- ✓Strategic thinking combined with hands-on discovery practices
- ✓Experience leading product managers and building discovery capabilities
